It allows you to automatically screw the connector housings, after having installed the contacts therein, with preset torsional moment, registered in the memory of the device. It controls the correctness of contact seating before and after screwing, the actual torsional moment, connector tightness after screwing and then marks thermally the correctly screwed connector.

The device is designed to shrink the heat-shrinkable tubing on cables of solar systems, operating in automatic mode, with manual placing of cables in the grippers. Cables are retrieved automatically, under gravity. Frame structure of aluminum profiles, with rotary feeder and 24 cable grippers located on its perimeter and thermal tunnel with forced flow of hot air and temperature stabilization. The device is characterized by its simple structure, easy operation and very high yield. It allows the operator to adjust the rotational speed of rotary feeder and adjustment of the temperature in the tunnel. The device is durable, reliable and suitable for use in industrial environment.
