Purpose and possible applications
The table, free-standing device, designed for winding of previously cut cables and electrical, optical wires or other similar materials into coils, with adjustable diameter between 100 and 350 mm. Start and stop of the device is triggered by a foot switch. It gives the opportunity to change the winding speed, depending on the diameter of the wire and the winding diameter. The device is characterized by a simple, intuitive operation and a very simple and stable structure. Owing to the use of electronics in motor control unit, the device is very durable and reliable.
Construction and principle of operation The steel sheet structure, bent, powder coated in RAL 7035. The drive unit is composed of an electric induction motor whose torque is transmitted to the operating plate by means of a bevel gear reducer. The motor is controlled by a frequency converter via the foot switch. Automation of the control unit provides the opportunity to program dynamics of start and stop of rotational motion. On the operating plate there are placed pins with flexible cable grips, which, through their movement in the radial grooves of the operating plate, set the winding diameter. The device allows you to rewind with 5 different rotational speeds, settable via a rotary switch located on the control panel. The applied electrical overload protection devices, simple and stable mechanical structure, powder coatings and high quality workmanship ensure long-term use in production conditions.
